The biggest mistake I have personally ever done and see many other people do when it comes recruiting people into their network marketing business with MLM leads is actually buying leads from an MLM lead company.

There just might be some network marketers out there that do have some success with recruiting people when they buy MLM leads from a company that sells MLM leads.  Over all I find that most people just do not have the success they would hope for and end up spending more money than they make with buying MLM leads.

The industry we are in here is referred to as network marketing and so therefore it involves marketing.  When you use a company that sells MLM leads then you basically are just taking the marketing out.  Well the only marketing you are doing with these MLM leads quite often is telemarketing.  You see because these people on the MLM lead lists have not asked you specifically to call them or email them, you are essentially telemarketing to them, simply put.

What makes buying MLM leads such a waste of time and big mistake is that most of these people on this list are essentially what is referred to as tire kickers.  You are pretty much wasting your time and money with these people.  The only satisfaction you often get from this method of marketing is that you feel busy.  However, would you want to just feel busy or would you rather accomplish results.

So how do get around this mistake and actually accomplish results when recruiting with MLM leads?  Its simple.  What you do is put the marketing back into network marketing.  You want to learn how to generate your own MLM leads.  It really is not that hard to generate your own MLM leads as long as you take the time to learn how to do it.  This is your business and you should take some time to really learn it and how to consistently have new prospects to talk to that you have personally generated.  This allows you to remain in control of the kind of people you are exposing your business to.

Do not waste your time with actually buying tire kickers from companies who only want to sell them to you for a quick buck.  These companies are only capitalizing off your unwillingness to generate your own MLM leads and not learn marketing.
